A 40-school district under active Section 504 pressure. Their prior vendor had shipped a compliance overlay — the kind of tool that makes legal teams comfortable and screen-reader users furious.

We removed the overlay, rebuilt the underlying templates, and retrained the comms team on accessible authoring. Every remediation decision was documented against the specific WCAG 2.2 success criterion.
