Oakridge Charter Network
Enrollment up 38% across 12 campuses after a unified, accessible site system.
The brief
Twelve campuses were running mismatched websites built by three different vendors. Families got different information depending on which campus page they landed on. Applications were abandoned mid-flow. WCAG conformance was inconsistent and unaudited.
Our approach
We rebuilt the information architecture from the family journey — not the org chart. One design system, shared components across campuses, campus-specific content controlled by the comms team. One canonical apply flow, measured end-to-end. Accessibility tested on real devices with real screen readers, not audited-after.
The result
Enrollment up 38% network-wide. Apply-flow drop-off cut in half. Accessibility score: 100 across all campus homepages.
