A demonstration redesign for San Tan Charter School paired with a live, paid-traffic enrollment funnel running at santan-funnel.vercel.app. Built to prove URCO’s approach to school enrollment UX with real ad spend and real lead data — not a static pitch deck.
Our approach
Mobile-first parent journey, accessibility-first markup (WCAG 2.2 AA-informed), technical SEO foundation, and a six-step enrollment funnel (intro → grade → timeline → campus → reveal → thanks) instrumented to measure drop-off at every step.
The result
Live funnel converting paid traffic to student leads at $8.50 per lead. 25 leads captured in the first week of the test, with the largest drop-off concentrated at the grade-selection step — pointing to a clear next optimization.
