URCO maps visibility, trust, tracking, accessibility, and lead-path gaps so the next move is specific.

01

Pricing and billing

URCO publishes real prices because guessing wastes everyone's time.

  • Site is $297/mo. Profile is $497/mo. Both is $697/mo. Engine is $1,997/mo. All-in-One starts at $4,997/mo. Custom is scoped per engagement.
  • All monthly plans cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.
  • Annual prepay: pay for 10 months, get 12.
  • All plans bill monthly via Stripe by default.
  • Custom engagements are fixed-fee and invoiced.

02

Contracts and cancellation

URCO does not require long-term contracts on monthly plans.

  • Cancel anytime through your account or by emailing hello@urco.io.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Refunds for unused subscription time are not standard but URCO handles edge cases case-by-case.

03

Who owns what

You own the things you should own.

  • You own your domain. Always.
  • You own the website code at the end of any plan that includes one.
  • You own your Google Business Profile, social accounts, and Stripe account.
  • You own your CRM data — URCO operates the GHL subaccount on your behalf, and the data exports if you leave.
  • URCO retains rights to internal tools, internal automations, and any proprietary infrastructure.

04

Timelines

Most plans go live faster than agencies. Custom takes longer.

  • Site: 14-21 days from kickoff to launch.
  • Profile: 7 days from kickoff to first posts.
  • Both: same as Site (the profile work runs in parallel).
  • Engine: 21-30 days to full operational status.
  • All-in-One: 30-day onboarding before the weekly rhythm begins.
  • Custom: 60-120 days typical, but it depends on scope.

05

What's included in each tier

See the dedicated pages: /site, /profile, /both, /engine, /all-in-one, /custom. Each tier page lists exactly what the plan covers and what it does not.

06

Tech stack and integrations

URCO builds on tools that are owner-friendly and exportable.

  • Websites: Astro + React (fast, accessible, exportable).
  • Hosting: Vercel.
  • CRM: GoHighLevel (subaccount, you own the data).
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • Analytics: PostHog + Google Analytics + Search Console.
  • Integrations: anything with a documented API.

07

AI and how URCO uses it

URCO uses AI where it actually improves the outcome — never to replace judgment, voice, or accountability.

  • AI lead response handles first-touch under 60s, then routes to humans.
  • AI review responses are AI-suggested, URCO-approved before publish.
  • AI content drafts go through human edit, fact-check, and brand voice.
  • AI agents in Custom are scoped, audited, and explainable.

08

Reporting

Owners should be able to read every report and understand it without a meeting.

  • Profile and Both: monthly visibility report.
  • Engine: monthly strategy report.
  • All-in-One: weekly notes + monthly strategy + quarterly business review.
  • Custom: cadence scoped per engagement.

09

Custom engagements

Custom is scoped on a discovery call.

  • Discovery is free, ~90 minutes.
  • Scoping document + fixed-fee proposal within a week of discovery.
  • Builds are phased with weekly checkpoints.
  • Post-launch operation lives under a separate monthly plan.
