This Privacy Policy explains how URCO LLC (“URCO,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit urco.io, request a Free URCO Score, or otherwise work with us. We aim to keep our practices straightforward and easy to understand.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the site, and information we receive from the third-party tools that run our business.
Information you provide directly
- Audit funnel details. When you request a Free URCO Score, you may give us your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and details about your business and goals.
- Contact and booking requests. When you email us or book a call, we keep your message and the contact details you share.
- Anything else you choose to send. Notes, attachments, or context you include when you reach out.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit urco.io, certain technical information is collected automatically to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. This typically includes your IP address, browser type and device, the pages you view, referring links, and rough location inferred from your IP address.
We use a privacy-conscious product analytics tool (PostHog) to measure traffic and improve the site. This may set cookies or use similar storage, and may record aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. We do not sell this information.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare and deliver your Free URCO Score and any follow-up you request.
- Respond to your questions, schedule calls, and provide our services.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve urco.io.
- Send service-related and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- Meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to run our business. For example, website hosting, product analytics, our customer-relationship and email tools, scheduling software, and our payment processor. These providers process information only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service.
urco.io may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not control, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

urco.io is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. SMS / text messaging
Our forms collect SMS consent through two separate, optional checkboxes, each unchecked by default. (1) Informational/transactional consent covers messages about your request. Your audit results, conversational replies and follow-up, appointment and call reminders, and service or account notifications. (2) Promotional consent, collected separately and never combined with the first, covers occasional offers and announcements. Checking one box never grants the other: we send promotional texts only to users who have specifically checked the promotional-consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and messages may be sent using automated means.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; after you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending you messages. Our text messaging program is intended for recipients who are 18 years of age or older. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging. Such as our messaging platform and the carriers. And only to deliver the messages you asked for. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of urco.io after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
