Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by URCO LLC ("URCO," "we," "us") to you ("Client"). By completing checkout or signing a service agreement you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
URCO provides digital marketing and growth services including website design and development, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, review systems, tracking setup, CRM automation, and related services as described in your selected plan. The specific services included in your subscription are defined by the plan you purchase. URCO reserves the right to update service inclusions with 30 days written notice.
Payment and billing
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the same date each month. By completing checkout you authorize URCO to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled. If a payment fails, you will be notified and have 30 days to resolve the billing issue. Your site and services remain active during this grace period. If payment is not resolved within 30 days, services will be suspended. URCO does not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Domain ownership
You own your domain name. URCO builds, configures, and manages your website on your domain. URCO does not claim ownership of, hold, or transfer your domain at any point. You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration and renewal.
Intellectual property
All design, code, copy, and creative work produced under an active URCO subscription remains the intellectual property of URCO until a buyout is completed and paid in full. You retain ownership of all content, images, logos, and materials you provide to URCO. By providing such materials you confirm you have the right to use them and grant URCO a license to use them in connection with your services.
Hosting and service continuity
Your website remains live while your subscription is current and payments are up to date. URCO manages hosting, maintenance, updates, and infrastructure as part of your plan. URCO is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS propagation, or circumstances outside our control.
Suspension and file retention
If a subscription lapses or a billing issue is not resolved within the 30-day grace period, URCO will suspend services and take your site offline. URCO will retain your site files, content, and configuration for 3 months from the date of suspension. If you reactivate your subscription or complete a buyout within this window, your site will be fully restored. After 3 months, all files are permanently deleted. URCO is not liable for any loss of data after this period.
Site ownership and buyout
You may purchase full ownership of your website design, code, and content assets at any time while your subscription is active or within the 3-month retention window.
Buyout fee: starting at $6,500
The buyout includes:
- All site files and source code
- A complete snapshot of content and assets at time of transfer
- File transfer to your hosting environment within 5 business days of payment
The buyout does not include:
- GHL CRM workflows, automations, or pipelines
- Ongoing management, updates, hosting, or support
- SEO campaigns, ad accounts, or review system access
- Any third-party platform licenses or subscriptions
Upon receipt of full buyout payment, URCO transfers all included files. All ongoing URCO services terminate at that point unless separately contracted. Contact hello@urco.io for a buyout quote.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@urco.io or submitting a cancellation request through your client portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your site remains live until the end of the paid period, after which the 3-month file retention window begins.
Limitation of liability
URCO's total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. URCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data.
Warranties and disclaimers
URCO makes no guarantee of specific results including but not limited to search engine rankings, lead volume, revenue growth, or Google Business Profile performance. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside URCO's control. Services are provided "as is."
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to these terms
URCO may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at urco.io/terms-of-service with the updated date. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SMS / text messaging program
If you provide your mobile number on urco.io, SMS consent is collected through two separate, optional checkboxes. Informational/transactional consent covers messages about your request. Your URCO Score / website audit results, replies and follow-up, appointment reminders, and service or account notifications. Promotional consent is collected separately through its own checkbox and is never bundled with informational consent; promotional texts are sent only to users who have specifically opted in to them. Messages may be sent using automated means. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, after which we will send one confirmation and then stop messaging you; reply HELP for help. For support you can also email hello@urco.io or call (480) 571-5210.
Our text messaging program is intended for recipients who are 18 years of age or older. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for details). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Free audits, scores, and reports
URCO offers free automated website and visibility audits. Including the “URCO Score” and related reports (collectively, “Reports”). Reports are generated by automated analysis of publicly observable signals about your website and online presence at the time of the scan, and are provided free of charge for general informational and educational purposes only.
Reports are not professional, legal, financial, accounting, or marketing advice, and they do not create a client relationship, contract, or engagement of any kind. Scores, findings, and recommendations are estimates produced by automated checks; they may contain errors or omissions, may rely on third-party data and tools (such as Google PageSpeed Insights) that we do not control, and may not reflect later changes to your website or to third-party platforms. Reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any action you take based on a Report is at your own discretion and risk. URCO does not promise or guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue, or other outcome. From a Report or from any service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, URCO and its members and team will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on a Report.
Reports are prepared for the person or business that requested them. Each Report, including its format, scoring methodology, and content, remains URCO's intellectual property; we grant the recipient a non-exclusive license to use their Report for their own internal business purposes. You may not resell Reports, present them as your own audit product, or use them to misrepresent URCO's findings. By requesting a Report, you confirm that you own the website submitted or are authorized to request an analysis of it.
