The Blackstone Electrical build

Blackstone Electrical is a licensed Arizona electrical contractor (ROC #364541) based in Peoria, serving homeowners, businesses, builders, and property managers across Maricopa County — from breaker troubleshooting to facility-wide electrical systems.

The business runs three distinct divisions: residential electrical service, commercial contracting, and new-construction build-outs. Each one attracts a different customer with a different scope, budget, and decision process — so the site is architected around routing, not a generic services list.

URCO built the site so a homeowner with a dead outlet, a GC bidding a tenant improvement, and a developer planning a data center each land on a path built for their project — with dedicated division overviews, service scopes, guides, a plan-submission path for bids, and a project gallery shot on real Blackstone jobsites.

Before

  • Three divisions — residential, commercial, construction — competing for one homepage
  • Service calls and multi-phase construction projects needing different intake paths
  • A licensed contractor identity (ROC #364541) that had to be visible and consistent sitewide
  • Commercial buyers — GCs, developers, facility teams — who expect a plan-submission path, not a contact form
  • High-intent urgent searches ('breaker keeps tripping') with no content built to catch them
  • A Peoria base with a Maricopa County service region that needed honest service-area signals

Objective

Build one site that routes every inquiry — repair call, property upgrade, or ground-up construction — to the right division and next step, while making Blackstone easy to find, trust, and contact across Peoria and Maricopa County.

What URCO Built

Three-Division Architecture

Separate residential, commercial, and construction paths — each with its own overview, service pages, and calls to action — routed from a single homepage.

Contractor-Grade Content

Service scopes written the way the work is actually done: preconstruction and estimating, rough-in and coordination, testing, inspections, and closeout.

Bid + Estimate Paths

A plan-submission path for GCs and developers, an estimate request flow for owners, and direct call routing for urgent electrical problems.

Local Visibility System

Peoria service-area pages, troubleshooting and panel-upgrade guides that catch high-intent searches, and jobsite photography that proves the work.

Services Highlight

Residential Electrical

Repairs, panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting, dedicated circuits, and new-home electrical systems.

Commercial Contracting

Offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses, multifamily, and facility electrical work across Maricopa County.

Construction + Build-Outs

Planning, rough-in, service equipment, power distribution, inspections, and project closeout.

EV, Generators + Backup

EV chargers, generator connections, transfer switches, surge protection, and backup-power preparation.

Urgent Response

Direct call routing for immediate electrical hazards, plus commercial service and maintenance programs.

ROC #364541
The Arizona contractor license is presented consistently sitewide, from hero to footer.
Bid-ready
GCs and developers can submit plans for bid — including data center and AI-facility electrical scopes.
Built for urgency
Immediate-hazard callers are routed straight to the phone, not a form queue.

Why It Matters

  • A homeowner with a tripping breaker and a GC bidding a build-out need completely different first pages.
  • Commercial buyers qualify contractors by license, scope depth, and process — the site has to show all three.
  • Guides that answer urgent searches ('partial power loss', 'panel upgrade cost') catch customers at peak intent.
  • Real jobsite photography — rough-in, panels, finished lighting — proves the work before the first call.
